The Leone Center for Orthopedic Care shares our patients’ high standards for service and partners with Holy Cross Hospital to make your stay exceptional. One of the many ways we do this is to provide a host of optional amenities—designed for maximum comfort and convenience—from which our patients may choose. These include:
Holy Cross Hospital offers private and semi-private rooms and patient suites. Although any specific room is subject to availability, if you decide you would like a private or semi-private room or suite, one will be made available to you.
We can arrange for an extra night’s stay, as available, in cases where additional hospital time will benefit personal comfort or care.
When arrangements for a private room or suite are made, patients automatically receive an upgraded VIP menu and special room service privileges. The leather-bound menu offers specially prepared VIP meals, which are delivered by a private host or hostess. A variety of pre-packaged Kosher meals are available upon request.
On day-of-surgery, Holy Cross Hospital provides complimentary transportation to the hospital from anywhere within a five mile radius. For patients who would rather travel via Town Car, your Patient Liaison will help you arrange this with a preferred limousine service. Town Cars are also available for transportation home (or wherever your destination) at the conclusion of your hospital stay. Limousine service is provided at the patients’ expense.
Holy Cross Hospital provides its patients with the comfort of a highly qualified security staff. For maximum security, patients may request to store their valuables in our hospital safe.
As part of our mission to heal the whole person, Holy Cross Hospital has an active and vibrant Spiritual & Palliative Care Program. Our trained chaplains, rabbis, ministers and advisors are available to help patients and their families adjust to illness through supportive individual and group counseling. Many find pastoral care helpful in the management of both emotional distress and specific concerns, including excessive fear or anxiety caused by illness, procedures or treatment.
Holy Cross Hospital makes translation services available for our non-English speaking patients. Simply inform the Patient Liaison of your need at the time of scheduling, and we will make sure translation service in your language is provided.
My only regret is that I did not have the bad hip replaced sooner and wasted too much time in pain and avoiding activities. So a big thanks to you and your wonderful staff for allowing me to enjoy my life again. Cari Daugherty
