Overview
The Leone Center for Orthopedic Care offers its patients a full complement of ongoing wellness services, including personalized cosmetic, health and fitness plans, home site visits, and rehabilitation services. For details, and a list of preferred providers, see below.
Wellness Plan & Personal Training
Patients of The Leone Center may opt to receive a complimentary three-month membership to the Zachariah Family Wellness Pavilion, Holy Cross Hospital’s deluxe on-site fitness center. The Pavilion features state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment, fitness classes and much more. Included with each membership are two private consultations with an Exercise Physiologist who will work with you to create a personalized exercise program designed to fit your comfort level and help you meet your rehabilitation goals. Patients who wish to extend their membership beyond the three months may do so, by the month or year, for a nominal fee.
